I had a real issue with the other residents who lived there. The first night in our apartment, my family and I had to listen to the guy below us beat the crap out of his girlfriend. This went on for several months. They moved out and the apartment was empty for two months (THANK GOD!!). Then, the people who moved in after that were even worse. They enjoyed partying all night and blasting their bass until 3:00 in the morning. There were numerous times when I would come home from work and picking up my son from school and my entire apartment would smell like marijuana. I had called the cops on every occasion and told Connie about them, but she never did anything about it. So, I moved my family out of Cedarwood and would never move back. That place is a dump and it's extremely dirty and nothing ever gets taken care of. Last, but not least, Connie is the biggest freaking witch I have ever met in my entire life. She was rude to me and extremely nice to my husband. Every time he went into pay the rent, she would plop her chest up on the desk with her low-cut blouses and bat her eyes at him. I actually heard the same story from other male resident s as well!!
