I currently live here and CAN'T WAIT for my lease to end. We got scammed! They don't inform you that you have to pay for common area heat(hallways and laundry room). The doors to the buildings aren't even weather proof or close all the way! We paid triple for those areas than we did for our own apt!
Don't ever have an emergency or bad month where you need to pay late. They charge you court fees right off the bat, even though the property manager claims that she'll work with you/give you a chance. We had a bank error (out of our control)and they could care less.
The staff doesn't communicate. If you want something done, put it in writing for the P.M., you'll have a better chance of it actually happening.
The buildings are SO old, you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. And they don't care about anyone else. I have one that sounds like a heard of elephants walking around and blares music all night long. I'm a stay at home mom, so I know there are more than the one person on the lease living there. Especially when he won't open the door if you try to talk to him.
Do yourself a favor a stay far far far away!

It's a bit assinine to comment about why we had a bank error when you don't even know us. I HAVE a job thank you, as does my husband. We can afford it just fine. The bank error happened months after we moved in. And hello!!! BANK ERROR means it wasn't our fault. We have no "action to be responsible" for. We did deal with the bank. What pissed me off, was that before we moved in the mgr was super nice and claimed to work with her tenants if they came to her with a problem. With this problem, it was like dealing with an alternate personality. Talk about getting a job. Do you spend your day reading apt reviews and responding where you shouldn't? Seems like you're the one that needs a job.

Get a Job lady! Take responsiblity for your own action. What the heck do you expect the office to do if you had a bank error. Deal with the bank. Thank God you have a place. You probabaly couldn't afford the place when you moved in that's why you had a bank error! Get a job lad.

"Seems like" Anomymous is the rental office posting. I used to live here, and this place is a total dump. The Mangement is arrogant and dishonest. I totally believe the above story. It is typical of this place.Don't believe ANY promises of the Mangement! They are usually overruled by the upper Management.
