property's been renovated and sold. don't think harbor club behind us were ever a problem. decent apt size. LOVED the concrete floors and trash chutes in clean laundry room on each floor. as young single girl, i felt very safe in the building. intercom system and i think they were putting security cam when i was moving out. complaints: could sometimes hear ppl in hallway from my living room and vice versa, no linen closet, not enough storage space in bathroom. think it's an overall great place
