I disagree - I think it's a good place to live!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I moved into Chelsea on the Square at the end of last summer when construction was almost complete...Although there were still some areas that were not 100%, like having a lot of contractors around all the time with a lot of extra vehicles, etc, overall the staff has been very easy to deal with. At the beginning it may have taken a couple of days to have a request handled unless it was an emergency but since then it's either handled right away or they call me and say what's going on!
I also think that even with the increase I was just given that there is still no other place this close to UD that is as nice..I use the fitness center every day and the pool several times a week..
