I too think that the person who wrote the "not bad" review is one of the office staff, as another reviewer has surmised. I know Farzad (the "lease specialist") lives there. It's obvious why they don't have any problems to complain about.

But believe me, this place is the crappiest. And to the "not bad" reviewer: I am the one who got the renewal notice that said the rent will go up $100 after one year of pure hell. I moved out fast, and am VERY satisfied with my current apartment.
