Just as everyone else has basically stated, Chelsea on the Square sucks. I should have done more investigating before moving in, because now I'm stuck here for a year. On the surface, everything looks nice. The model apartments are great, and the salesperson is very apt to point out all the good qualities, assuring you that your apartment will be identical to the apartment shown to you before you sign the lease. But, once you've lived there for any period of time, all the minor imperfections that seem null when you first move in, turn into major hassles after a few months. the aprtments are very noisy...bad construction leads to the ability to hear everything your neighbors do and say, and most of the appliance/fixture problems just never seem to get fixed. The rent is relatively cheap for the area, but you get what you pay for...and that's not much.

I will not renew my lease, and i feel betrayed by the sales/office personel for deceiving me into believing that I will be living somewhere i currently don't.
