This place is pathetic. I regret everyday that I moved in here. With new management taking over I thought maybe the old stories from Strawberry Run would be a thing of the past. I was wrong. The management does not care at all, once you sign the lease. They don't keep their word on anything. You are stuck with whatever apartment they give you and will take forever to fix the problems. The parking is terrible and I seem to get blocked in by someone double parking at least once a week.

There are too many issues to list here, and after talking to my neighbors I learned that I'm not the only one. Please, do yourself a favor and not move in here. They will tell you about the millions spent on improvments and the renovated apartments. While they may have spent millions fixing this place up, they still have a long long way to go. I don't doubt that its possible to have a good experience with this place, but I personally do not know anyone who has had one.
