I moved in last December. The girl in the office was great, she took her time and made sure she found an apartment that worked for my special needs.I just looked at all these reviews today and I am surprised by the negative comments. Frankly, I have not had a problem and several of my friends who also live here seem to be very satisfied. At first the comments alarmed me but then I talked to a couple of my neighbors last weekend and asked them if they liked living here... I am about to renew my lease and I was seriously ready to pack my bags! I am glad to say I am staying for another twelve months. The office staff is busy and seem to work at a frantic pace making sure the residents are satisfied. I have to give them credit where credit is due; and the maitenance team seem to be doing good. The guy even cleaned up behind himself. I say give Chelsea a chance, the place is a good deal for your money and is close to everything. I rely on public transportation. My opinion is this website is a vent for residents that just want to complain- and like any complex it is probably justy a few bad apples. I don't think any complex is perfect, do you'
