One reviewer said they think this website is just a place for people to vent, and I agree. I've lived here for almost a year now, and have no complaints. You need to remember that these apartments are just that: APARTMENTS. This is not a $200,000 a year neighborhood, so you are going to have a few shady people around you. If you want a "perfect, quiet" apartment complex, move to Brandywine Woods or School Bell apartments and pay over $1000.00 a month in rent. I pay $795.00 a month for a two bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms and plan on renewing. My rent is only going up $30.00. I don't know where one reviewer got there "$100.00 increase" from. And don't believe everything you read about drug deals going on above them. I'm sure this is speculation. There are alot of college students living here, so they come and go alot, trust me, I was one too. I walk around the complex nightly (walking my dog) and NEVER see anything odd going on, nor have I ever seen a police car in front of any buildings or even patrolling the areaa. And as far as repairs go, I have had problems with the heat and A/C, both of which were fixed promptly. The office staff is very professional and they go out of their way to help you. And things are definately improving here. A word of advice: their are two different kinds of buildings here: ones with 3 floors and ones with 4 floors. Try to get one of the buildings with 4 floors. They are on the edge of the property (less people surrounding you) and are more quiet. (and you get a decent view of the pond across the street).
