Don't even think about it

I have to agree to most of the reviews here. Staff are liars first and foremost. I was showed to a very nice, newly renovated apartment before deciding to sign in. However I should have backed out of the contract the day I was scheduled to move in. Early then, the rates are so low you will really be tempted to rent this apartment especially if you want to save fast for your own place.
When I got to see the apartment I'm moving in, the heater/AC are not yet in place. The cabinets are just painted over with new knobs. I thought they're supposed to be newly installed cabinets'''' Ooops, too late for that now, I already signed the contract.
The 2 bdrm, 2 baths are pretty spacious. That's a nice thing. But that's all there is.
Floors are always squeaking even with slightest movement from upstairs. Washers and dryers are not always working and the staff won't even help you call the provider to make sure it will be fixed.
The $100 increase''' That's true!!!! Got $125 a month! Surprised' Huh! Accept it, it's true. And if you asked why, they will say because the original price you have accepted was a "promo" price. When they were just trying too hard to get people to move in. And after that' They're now moving to the "regular" price which is more than $850 a month. And guess what!!!! They never even bothered to tell you that you will get more than 15% of rental increase!!! And they will tell you all sorts of -------- just to justify that.
Oh and the maintenance requests' It takes FOREVER just to make them come to your apt and see for themselves what the problem is. It's also true about the A/C not working when it's already above 100 outside. I think there are too many problems in the apartment that 2 maintenance guys simply cannot do them all by themselves. They won't even think of hiring contractors to help them! Talk about crap!
Turnover of tenants is high too. There are lots of vacancies but the staff will always tell you they're almost full they wouldn't even consider lowering the rent so somebody will renew or sign in.
Don't believe when they say this apartment is newly renovated. It's not! I'd say newly repainted.
Neighbors are not too noisy. That's because you hardly get any neighbor at all.
