Do NOT move here! Firstly, the area is incredibly unsafe... there are drug transactions that take place in the open frequently, people walking in broad daylight smoking weed, gunshots, etc. While walking my dog, I would frequently find condoms, drug baggies, and drug paraphernalia. The apartments themselves are in terrible shape... multiple electric problems and being able to hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes is just the beginning. Staff, while very courteous, did not seem to care about my problems... I had NO air conditioning in the summer of 2005 and my AC unit flooded the apartment several times and they made no attempt to reimburse me for my troubles.
