I rented here in a time crunch. I moved here to take a job and rented with a 6 month lease so I could have time to look around and find a more suitable place for me. I should have never showed up!!

I have lived in my apartment for 1 month and that is plenty long. The apartments are constructed poorly! They are all wood construction and you can hear everything going on beside you and above you. I had a mold issue as well as a serious bug issue within the first week of living there. Though the apartment personnel was quick to respond they did not fix the problem completely.

The apartments are in desperate need of restoration and updating. You are paying for junk in all actuality.

On April 23, 2006 I was woken by police and fireman getting me out of my buidling. I stood outside my building at 4am watching building 33 (which is attached to mine) burn to the ground. It took the firemen 4 hours to finally get the blaze under control and when all was said and done there was nothing left of building 33 and severe smoke and water damage to building 34. These apartments are all wood and will go up like a match box if caught on fire. Save your money, your time, and yourself and STAY AWAY!!
