I had numerous issues with Chelsea on the Square and finally found a contact in their Corporate Office who managed to resolve my issue to almost my 100% satisfaction. I figured I would share this information with everyone as it was a nightmare getting any satisfaction. Below is the information - I urge all to contact this person if you have any issues and complain to no end..
