Dangerous and Bad UPPER MANAGEMENT

I am not disclosing much information about myself, but my run-ins with Chelsea on the Square have been nothing but bad news. I will admit, the apartments are huge. BUT not worth the price at all! Cracks everywhere, poorly shaped windows, HORRIBLE SECURITY, as well as awful management. Office staff is pleasant, but upper management are individuals whom do not care about their people whom are paying their OVERLY PRICED salary. Complaints have been made and nothing has been done. Completely unprofessional and disgusting to say the least. Numerous complaints have been made by myself and other people in the area regarding drugs, noise and run-ins with management. YET NOTHING HAS BEEN OR IS BEING DONE! The place could be halfway decent if they 1) Took responsibility for the property - i.e. security, drug dealings on-site, maintenance, and NO HOT WATER! 2) Completely fired upper management and obtained people who do KNOW HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL! 3) Gutted the place and lowered the rent, as the property is C- at the most!!!!!!!!
Obviously my experiences with Chelsea on the HELL have been horrible and I do not recommend anyone moving to this area. Shootings, drug deals, horrible management and NOISY PEOPLE are what this property has to offer. Management doesn't care if we live or die. I have delt with someone in the office, but that person no longer works there and I REFUSE TO GO TO THE OFFICE NOW BECAUSE THOSE PEOPLE KNOW NOTHING! PLEASE SOMEONE BUY THIS PROPERTY OR AT LEAST FIRE UPPER MANAGEMENT, AS THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISCRIMINATING!

This was written by a former employee who was FIRED for bad attitude. She was extreamly rude to me numerous times when I would go to the office for help with an issue in my apartment and I'm glad that I no longer have to deal wtith her. The new office staff is helpful although the apartments are 30 years old I think and they are loud. I have seen sketchy people around the complex but I've never been bothered.
