I love living here! The office staff is helpful, it's a great location for me because I work in wilmington and there is plenty of parking. Good maintenance is hard to find in apartment complexes and the guys here are always nice when they come in-there are 2 that have been here for a long time that actually remember me when they come in my apartment and I don't have a problem trusting them around my stuff which is more than i can say for some places I've lived in the area. I knew this place when it was Strawberry Run and it was a real dump filled with pit bulls and drug activity and this management compancy has done a good job cleaning it up. I feel safe here even though there have been a few instances that I have seen the police around but I feel better knowing that they are here than if they weren't. The apartments are a little noisy but they're old and what do you expect when you live in an apartment building'' There have been a lot of improvments here since I've been living here like new stairs and the laudnry machines are nice...you don't have to use change to use them. Seems like some peopel have had a bad experience here but also seems like all the people that are complainers with noghting else to do come on here to "itch.
