Don't make the mistake of moving here.
-Poorly maintained, shoddy repairs, heat and hot water an issue the entire time I've been living here. (a year and a half)
-It feels like the carpet was laid down over floors that were covered in debris.
-The bathtubs are PAINTED and they always look dull. The paint is chipping.
-Mismatched fixtures.Dangerous and icy parking lot conditions during snowstorms.
Went up on rent after first year of lease was up. Went on month-to-month lease so I could find a better place to move, but they started increasing the month-to-month rent so I felt forced into another lease because i wasn't quite ready to move.
-Washer and dryers require the use of a laundry card but there's only one building where you can replenish your card.
-This place does not care about its tenants. And God forbid you don't pay your rent on the first of the month. They start slipping notes under your door!

this place is 30 years old, so if you want something that has new plastic tubs, w/d in it....go somewhere else. My apartment is big for the money I pay and it's kept up nicely considering it's old. all places up their rent too-if they didn't, what kind of place do you think you'd be living? I'll tell you.... the projects. I think you are my neighbor...you are always complaining about something.

I agree with the thing about the debris under the carpets - I feel the same thing. And to the user response - wake up and smell the coffee (or your apartment complex)!
