Do NOT rent here!!! The rent goes up by more than $100 dollars every year! My electric bill was over $400 because of the ------ air conditioning units and the blonde ----- who calls herself a manager told me it wasn't her problem!! This place is a slum. There are kids in the halls that smoke pot and leave their trash everywhere. Pit bulls and drug dealers are everywhere. Don't take a walk in the community after nightfall- you may get mugged or worse! The office staff, besides the manager, are courteous except the really nice one left. Off to greener pastures i bet. People get their car broken into on a nightly basis. Management does nothing about. They say that it could happen anywhere and that insurance should cover the dmamges. That's crap! I payed more than $1000 a month to live here for a terrible apartment. the carpet was filthy when i moved in (apparently the apartment was never cleaned according to the operations manager) and the toilet was constantly backing up!! My neighbors are loud and the hallways are a filthy mess full of trash and screaming children. There are roaches all over the bottom floor of my building and the management has done nothing about it! i can't believe i stayed as long as i did!! it honestly looks like section 8 housing. If i were you i would stay away!!

Gee, this isn't someone with a grudge?
Just another number in the long line of complainers.
As I see it, and always have, where ever I have lived, if you have a general concern for yourself and others there is never anything to complain about. Typically, persons like this author are upset because they were not able to manipulate management to get what they want, or were doing things they were not supposed to do.
I find these types of blogs rather pathetic because there is simply nothing factual, or even remotely objective or unbias about their opinion.
As you might have guessed, I am a resident, and a business person. I can tell those of you considering moving here that this type of blog falls under one of a few categories
1) Former resident, with a grudge, and like I said, couldn't manipulate management to get something they were not entitled too, or was consistently doing things they were not supposed to.
2) Maybe a former employee, who was not up to standards, and subsequently released
3) Maybe even a competitor.
So, my advice to people, just come check out the place. Odds are you have looked elsewhere too, so you will have somethings to compare. The rent is at market, the staff is great, the landscaping is nice, and the location works for us commuters.
Don't buy into these trolls.
Thanks.

Wow, this doesn't sound like management at all... People, believe me, just drive through at night. You'll see what I'm talking about. "The rent is at market, the staff is great, the landscaping is nice and the location works..." If you like inflated prices, surly people in the office, dead plants and sparse grass with trash, toys and dog ---- all over the place and a beautiful ghetto location then this is the place for you! Also, ask anyone in building 26 and 27. They'll give you the scoop.

Again, and I say this has objectively as possible, that typically(no, actually 99% of the time) those that complain on here fall under the categories I described above.
I challenge any of the responders on this blog to give specific examples of what they are talking about-"surly people in the office, dead plants(duh, it's almost Winter), sparse grass(where?), trash(Um...yes, at the dumpsters, and on the patios of those people that don't obey their lease), toys and dogs(well, people here do have kids and pets, have a little tolerance)".
I challenge you people to be objective.
I am not management, just a concerned community member fed up with listening to this garbage from the "entitlelists".

This place is TRASH!!!! I moved in and the carpet smelled like cat PISS!!! they had to change the carpets. I had a maintenance person's burger king cup left in the fridge when I moved in. The tub is PAINTED!! It is also chipping and I have 2 kids ( I hope it's not Lead paint). My heat doesn't work in the master bedroom. The toliets are always backing up! I had a leak in my kitchen from up stairs kitchen and it took them 2 WEEKS to fix it. I the dishwasher doesn't work b/c the's clogged and they wont come out and fix it. Well I also do not suggest living here.

Addressed to, I bring balance..You gotta be kidding, right? They fired the whole crew inside that office, Why do you think that is? Were they doing a great job? I have no issues here and only have a few weeks from moving out, but I can't wait. I wrote in to vent, to inform others this might not be a best place to live, no grudges here..Others may be doing just the same...Yes it does seem like someone has bigger issues with the apts, but you can't be in denial about what most folks here have to deal with....maybe it will be different now that they are all gone and whole new office staff is coming in, maybe them filling up all the 3 bedrooms here with section 8 people will help this area out some...who knows....you may be safe in your apt but most don't feel that way....all I can say is good luck with that...
