Listen, I moved out back in July, Thank God.. I was charged $30.00 for (2) tack holes...not nail holes, not screws but TACKS... but that was it...I made it real hard for those ------- to find anything to charge me with, but funny thing was they did, OK, SO LISTEN UP NOW....CLEAN EVERYTHING, PATCH EVERY HOLE, RENT A STEAMER AND CLEAN YOUR CARPETS AND VIDEO TAPE YOUR MOVE OUT...Take pictures, get a new journal of that day you move out and make sure the date is included with your pics or taping....Don't allow those SOB's to get one more penny from anyone that leaves.....pass this news around to your neighbors, those SOB's are going to get ya too....Even if you are breaking your lease or getting kicked out for whatever reason, CLEAN IT BEFORE YOU GO...They will rape you in charges and add it to your JUDGEMENT....Good luck....

Yes, the towing has become a serious problem. They are really hurting their business with that ----.

I couldn't agree more, I lived there for 1 year and the guy above me sold drugs, people coming in and out of his apt all night. The plumbing was horrible. We were lucky to have a whole 2 minutes of hot water. There were pit bulls all over the place, and then my apartment is broken into and it took them forever to even get anything fixed. Not to mention after I handed the front office manager all the police reports, attempted to get the damage fixed for almost 2 months, and then decided it wasn't worth it to renew my lease, I get a whopping $2,000 bill from the company for the damage "I" did to the apt...... ANYONE EVEN LOOKING AT THESE APARTMENTS NEEDS TO RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!

Funny you talk about towing theres 2 cars in front of my apartment one has been there since july 08 when i mover in the other over a month we asked the couple to move them instead of parking them right in the front of the building they say they wont turn on HELLO !! WHAT THE F***
