This place is the biggest ---- hole. The office staff is so anal and ignorant! If you have questions or concerns, you might as well be talking in jibberish. There little notes they stick under your door, needs to be shoved up thier asses! I can give you a million reasons this place sucks! When we moved in the apartment was filthy. The carpeting, is severaly stained, it's not even tacked down!! The closets doors in the bedrooms were all smashed. Our screen to the balcony door isn't right so there is a big gap in it, the sliding door itself is broke. They finally came and fixed the shower faucets and they still leak!! We use to have to remove the panel from the wall to turn on our water. They have not changed our air filters since we moved in, my husband has replaced them. I beleive every faucet in our apartment leaks, the toilets run constanly, there is sections of the carpeting that is shredded ( missing patches of carpet), the linoleum is so old and stained. Management don't give a ----!! I see millions of maintenance around, smoking , talking,driving around, but none actually in the buildings working. Our cars were marked to be towed, because the stupid ass kid that works for the towing compnay doesn't know how to read tags! Then, they're was a guy out here with a clipboard at 11:30 pm messing with the cars, saying he was checking tags. The office knew nothing about it. My car has been scratched and dented. The kids just run wild around here, the little bastards don't move when they see a car! There is no view of anything. There is no lake here, the only thing close was when it rains and a stream of mud flows through the parking lot. That is from the new complexes going up, because they don't know how to dig foundation properly. We refer to it as "THE MUD DENILE".
We asked management about fixing stuff, they said they had to worry about the outside before doing the apartments. So what I gather is we can all pitch tents!!! There is 2 pet areas or so they call them. One is in front of the complex and the other is on the side by the maintainence building. There is still dog crap everywhere. It's just all together bad, I would stay away. It Goes by Autumn Park now, don't be fooled.

Spot on! This place is crap! And management are a bunch of greedy criminals!
