SO I've been without air conditioner called saturday on 04/25/09 since it was going to be hot out and since I know they installed the bulbs for the heat to monitor your heat all winter long..... So I'm thinking hey i call the office tell them in advance before everyone starts to call and the office staff tell me the maintenance man there does not know how to do it oh netiher does the one on call mind you this weekend was in the 95's with a 7 month old in that heat. So the lady in the office says someone will be out monday morning okay I call first thing at 9am to remind her she said they will get it done next I call at 1pm still not done I call at 4:00 pm still not done and office staff tells me oh well let me see IF I can reach the maintenance men beacuse they only pick up when they want that ---- is unprofessional. I had to go into the office and sit there and practically argue with JIM the SO CALLED PROPERTY MANAGER who does ---- All day oh and when i walked into the office of course the air conditioner in there was BLOWING OUT ICECREAM while I am suffocating at home theres a million hot green shirt maintenance men running around doing other things that were important after I told JIm that HIS STAFF stated it would be done today he sent some one to LOOK at it but not till after his maintenance men and office staff were arguing back and forth about there jobs its not the first time its happened UNPROFESSIONAL ---- THE HIGHEST QUALITY LIVING CHOICES!!! LOL!!! no good still no air, so now its tuesday the 28th of april its hot in this apartment and no one has come to fix the problem. It MAY get done tommorow or hey maybe not but my rents ALWAYS on time dont pay late because they will send you a harrasing note!!!! Happened to me once when the office staff did not properly enter my money orders in the system which led to them thinking I hadn't paid my rent I had a nasty note in my mailbox. Good luck to those who wish to try it here its really not worth it I've been here since 07/2008 and they have had three different office staff beacause they all leave since there renters are always complaining:(

I know, they are horrible, and their maintenance workers don't know anything! They are taking advantage of us!

Not only that but just wait until your car gets stolen or broken into and your tires get slashed. What a great place to live!!
