UGgg, i was so upset I didn't even put the correct rating.. I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO, but that is not an option. I made my family a big dinner and of course there is NO VENT IN THE KITCHEN... IT IS FOR COMSMETIC PURPOSES ONLY... WHAT A FRAUD...

So you are saying that there was nothing good about the complex, simply because the vent in the kitchen didn't work? I would say, stop burning your food, and you won't have such a problem. It's not the best, but it's not as terrible as you say it is.
