We had to wait on a year long waiting list to get in but it was worth the wait. The apartments are nice with private entrances and kept up. It is a smaller apartment complex and is set off from the road a bit (you can drive past it without knowing it was ever there). The community is really nice. The office is closed at random times which is sometimes annoying but they are really nice and honestly seem to care about your comfort. They have a large screening process and actually do intensive background checks (not just credit) which makes it a much safer environment to live in. Apartments have washer/dryer hookups, dishwasher, etc. and the best part of it all is that they come at a great price! I did some massive apartments searching in the newark region and I think these are the best value around.

Christiana Apartments NEVER has anyone in the rental office. This needs to be stated because whether you call or go to the apartments you either get an answering machine or you get a will be back message on the door and they never seem to return at the time they are supposed to. I have known several people trying to apply for residency at Christiana Farms and are never successful due to the lack of personnel in rental office. How can you do business like this?

Management is the most rude people I ever met. When trying to tell them you have a problem in you apartment they over talk you and patch a bandage over the problem instead of fixing it once for good.
