I have been in this place for a long time. The apartments are pretty nice but the manager and the maintance guy are HORRIBLE and need to be removed now!! Those are the laziest two people that have been here. Don't need anything fixed in your apartment because if he doesn't feel like it he isn't going to do it. The manager is VERY nasty with the tennents, this is not the job for her. You need to be a people person or at least have people skills which that lady has NONE! They need to be removed and replaced with people that actually care about this place. If the manager actually does her job, which apparently she is incapable of doing, lots of thing would get solved around here. It's funny how if you have a problem it doesn't actually matter to the staff but if they have a problem with something you do it gets addressed really quick. These people treat tennents like dirt. The other girl in the office, I think she is only part time - they need to keep her full time and get rid of the manager. The complex would have much happier people in here!
