Christiana Farms Apartments are nice if you can't afford something some where else. They are a nice but their management is really bad. And they don't fix things like they
should unless you call the state on them or its time for the state to check them out. There are a few apartments over here that has had water damage and has a bad termite problem and some bad mold issues. Yet they still won't move the tenants out to fix the problem the right way. They don't keep up on the lawns and outside work or clean up after their self. But they will nag you to death if they want you to do something for them. They are not very professional when taking care of business. When my lease was about up they come around last minute to get you to file out forms and collect documents right away. I just would say if you could avoid it try not to move over here
unless you hear things have changed for the better.

you are a jackass the new maintenance staff is amazing. If you cannot see that there is finally a quality staff you should leave. We dont want people like you living among us.

I agree w/ the last response in 2008, things hasnt change that much. The maintenance has change since then and they do try their best. Management on site and off needs more help. Customer service is not at all there. Its sad to have a development of nice people and not management. All I can say if i could afford better I would be there. They need to really have someone come and see how things new to change for the better for ALL people.
