the maintenance is lazy and does nothing, the manager is a junkie and the property owner has to be blind if they are pleased. This place is a junk heap Tracy is ignorant to everyone that comes through her door. She had the nerve to tell me the residents keep bothering her "don't they know I have a job to do" were her exact words. The maintenance sits in the big outdoor building or in Charles Whites apt. all day. It is ridiculous. I suggest if you don't live here already DO NOT MOVE HERE.
