The last review sounded like something out of a rental brochure for the office, so you KNOW where they are coming from. They simply want to rent apartments. My boyfriend lived here a few years ago and I spent a lot of time here. Cheap for Main Steet, older complex, which was ok. Management passable, nothing special, they want their money, ect. Apartment ok, nothing special, he had a studio, his first place. It was ok. Neighbors cool. Lots of students, so make sure that's not a problem. Average place but good for the money. They DO do themselves a disservice by posting on here. Like you can't tell it is the management, LOL. But ok place.
