Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
These apartments need to be totally overhauled. They are old and show it. Decent value for Main Street, but falling apart. They try to get away with putting as little as possible $$$ into the complex. Management can be difficult if you do anything but pay the rent. Maintenance terrible. But it's Main Street there are plenty of College kids willing to pay it. They take advanatge of it.
This could be a nice place. But the owner's and management are too cheap to make it so.
