I've live here for a few months and so far everything has been fine. I live on the top floor and share walls with three other apartments but I've not heard a peep out of anyone. The only noise comes from the trains which run right behind main st. so there's nowhere in town to avoid them and the fire station sirens which again can't be avoided if you live in town. I got used to it pretty quickly and it doesn't keep me awake at night. The only noise is from so girls who smoke outside my window and are out there every 20 minutes for a cigarette but it's been happening less now that it's cold out.

This place is about 1 mile from school which is convenient and being that close to a college campus you're not going to be able to avoid college issues like the smoking girls and I think it's minimal here. It's nothing like University Courtyards. Most people who live here seem to be families and young professionals. Contrary to some other reviews on here I've only seen the police here once in 4 months so maybe things have gotten better in recent times.

The apartment is not too big but unless you have a whole family it shouldn't be a problem. I live here with my fiance and we haven't found it to be too small. The closet is huge! You could fit another bed in there and there's a lot of storage space for a small apartment.

This place is a great deal if you're not looking for anything luxury. The price is good, the maintenance staff has been fine and I feel safe here. I know that some of the other places in town are a lot more expensive and not as close to campus and not any nicer.
