Not bad. Crime is a concern though.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I am a college student that has lived here for about a year now. The apartment is nice, trains and sirens are annoying, but you get used to them. Sometimes there are strange people lurking around at night. The only major concern for me has been the crime. I have had my bike stolen and my car broken into.
