Apartments are located in the scenic Pike Creek Valley, away from traffic and businesses. Depending on the unit you select, you can have a really nice view. Need to consider the roads to get there. Maintenance does a good job to remove snow and put down salt or sand on the property. However, the rest of the road is not cleaned and makes it difficult for residents to come and go in bad weather. Outside is well lit; however, inside lighting is not as well maintained. Maintenance has seemed to improve over the last year; however, there are still issues. Emergencies are handled quickly, other things may take more time and more than one visit. Staff is generally helpful, some more than others.
