I have lived at Drummond Hill for about a year. I chose this place because of the nice location, it is central to everything, and because the building and site were very clean. As for all the poor comments you read those people chose to live hear maybe they should ask themselves why they lived here instead of complaining. The staff has always been very helpful and pleasant including Dee, Deborah, and the maintance guys. Maybe for those that complained they should learn to treat people with respected and they would get pleasant people in return. Overall the importance of a rental is clean grounds, pleasant people and neighbors and a quiet safe environment and that is what you get at Drummond Hill.
