Years at this apartment: 1990 - 2001
It is really a shame because this place has a lot of potential. They are built well, in a nice quiet area, and designed well. Capano-owned, so that is part of the problem. Lived there for many years and left after a lot of turnover in managers, and bad neighbors. Bought a house, but still miss the "old" days
when this place was nice and nice people. I have friends in Drummond North so see the place now and then. Trash is everywhere, bad
class of tenant's, and I hear the office staff is still incompetent. The staff will also lie. Tour the halls first, see the apartment first, and get EVERYTHING in writing. This place has really gone to the dogs.
