Was nice at one time

I stopped by at Drummond Hill on Friday. I haven't lived there in a while, but spent 12 years living there. It was really sad. I even went in the old building I had lived in, as one of my neighbors lives there. They had replaced half of the carpeting that had worn out, and left the other mis-matched
rear carpeting because it had not. There was trash all over the place and the hallways were filthy. Laundry hung over one balcony,
amd the blinds, curtins, ect. made the place look like a slum. This place was decent at one time. It has REALLY gone down. I was shocked at how it looked, and the apparent management's indifference to it, as I was told by my old neighbor who is moving too.
Areas do change, but there is no excuse for the poor way these places are kept. I had many happy years here. This place looks like the projects. What happened'''
