I really love my aparment. Its affordable and I feel safe. The wooded view and balcony are very cozy for two! However, I see alot of exterior work that needs attention. Painting doors and keeping up with the laundryrooms and hallways would be nice. Most neighbors are pretty friendly. If you like to have a football catch outback, just watch out for the dog ----.
