I moved in Feb 2007, my move in list has yet to be fixed! It's now August!
We called begining of May about our air condition, and believe it or not, still
not working. My daughter has asthma, and allergies, and has a letter from her doctors
stating my child needs air condition. Finally had enough and sent a certified letter. The management, and maintenance, are both incomptent! The hallways are disgusting and dirty. The number on my door is written on paper, along with my neighbors. Talk about ghetto! Ok, maybe not ghetto, but it's definitly the Suburban
Ghetto!

From my experience, this sort of irresponsible, inaction is standard operating procedure by Drummond Hill management. I would advise that you immediately contact the owners of the complex at Capano Management (------------) to report, and complain vociferously, about this gross negligence of subordinate management staff at Drummond Hill. I think if you move to an apartment and it has a high rent theat everything should be fixed its only fair to the tenants. I think also with the money the owner is taken in give some to fix up his property so we can live nicely also. Its aboyt health and happiness. I did notice with my new move in the grounds are not really grassy and alot of animal feces everywhere like hundreds. Some of the doors leak rain which causes mildew and a poor breathing enviroment.
