Okay...so everyone wants to complain about the maintenace here at Drummond Hill. Many workers have quit and they have been short staffed since I moved in here in May 07. They are still working on repairs in my apartment...and I don't want to sign a lease for another year if they don't repair everything correctly this time. I've had leaks, broken locks, dry rotting, etc. The only good thing I can say right now is... -------- IS GONE! She was rude, always rushing you off the phone because she didn't really care what the residents thought, and had a snooty attitude. ------- has taken her place and so far, she's been great. She listens to me, doesn't rush you off the phone, and does follow-ups on any of the calls I put into the office. I'm hoping that things get better with this new management in the rental office. I like this area, it's a quiet place, and we as residents deserve a well put together home for what we're paying each month. Maintence just needs to get better and more consistent.

Even if what you say is true, and that terrible woman has been replaced, no amount of wishful thinking or hopeful optimism can make Drummond Hill a suitable place to live.

i agree with the person that wrote this review there is problems with are apartments but what apartment has anyone lived in that has never had a prob. ive had a leak and a heater break but ---- happends maintenance used to really suck but i think they have a couple new guys thats been here for awhile an they take care of stuff in a reasonable amount of time an they do have a new person in the office an she's awesome compared to the others over the past 2yrs. the other lady that was in the office was a very rude person an just blew you off. but i think this is a nice place to live over all if you give for some problems which will happend there old appartmets then its nice place and very quiet.
