I moved into Drummond Hill in November 2007. I'm happy to say that my experience differs greatly from most reports.
I did have a few items that needed repair on move in and they were taken care of within a few weeks (none was urgent)
Our heat also went out (of course on the weekend) and maintenance quickly brought over space heaters (which I thought was great - at least it's something). I was told nothing could be done til Monday but several heater or maintenance people showed up that weekend. There was a part that did mean waiting til Monday but it was taken care of.
I've found all the rental mgrs (I've dealt with 3) to be professional, nice and easy to work with.
Maintenance seems polite, friendly and effecient.
My particular building is quiet (even with many dogs living in the building) and clean.
Very happy with my apartment

You are definitely in the minority to be in "love" with your apartment. You either have very low standards, have confused Drummond Hill with some other apartment complex, or you are just another representative of the Drummond Hill rental office attempting to deceive prospective tenants and artificially inflate the percentage of positive reviews.

I can totally tell this is someone from management who wrote this! Goes to show how shady they are! They will do anything to get new people to move into this dump! I cant wait to get out!! These apartments are falling down around the tenants and they do nothing to upgrade and keep them up! Slum lords!

yeah.... obvious much? funny how everything they said (heat out on weekend, professionalism of management and maintence) is all stuff that i posted badly in my review. pathetic people. you would think they'd just spend the money to make the place good.... but they have to resort to posting false positive reports.
