i've read through the other reviews - i have the same problems as all of them. if you don't believe them, call the new castle county police - ask them the crime rate for this area. it's horrible! the people who break in the cars get on average about 10-12 cars per night. i guess you could just cross your fingers that yours isn't one of them. it's unsafe, dirty, horribly kept up, the people there are idiots, there's dog ---- everywhere, there's no parking, everyone i've met can't wait until their lease is up to get the hell out, the concrete floors are nice, but the doors and the walls - you can hear right through them. it's pathetic. and the good reviews are so obviously written by the management - i haven't met one person that likes the place. that alone should show you how tricky these jerks here are.

I left here in 2001 to buy a house. It had started to go down. Nice up until then. But when I left it was as you describe. I see it has gotten worse. And yes the Management does write all the positive reviews. It is a shame, this place was nice, but not anymore.

I have never had a noise problem here. We are on the 3rd floor and very rarely do we hear anything
