WOW! Where to begin......I moved in April 07. It seemed very nice, friendly staff...etc. They boasted of the swimming pool, etc we would have. A week later "Oh sorry we dont have a swimming pool available anymore!" I never saw the apt until I paid my money and got the keys. Of course. it looked nothing like the model. I had a move in fix-it list a full page long, and none were minor. A year later when I got the hell out of there, almost NOTHING had been fixed!! My air conditioning failed on a weekly basis during the summer. I had over 10 attempts by "maintenance" to fix it. They were idiots and after not being able to fix it, because it was over 27 years old and needed a new compressor, they tried to blame me for it breaking! Outrageous! I had no heat/air conditioning still on the day I moved out! I had so many major water leaks in my apartment that my hallway floor was constantly drenched and soggy. Mold and mildew were growing everywhere! I called repeatedly for maintenance, they only came once and vacuumed up the water with a shop vac! Never fixed the leak and then never returned to clean up more water! I had black mold growing in my bathrooms. Doors falling off hinges, holes in walls, and stains on the ceiling, all due to water damage. It was extremely unsafe to live there!! They just stopped returning my calls. I even stopped the maintenance men on the grounds and asked them directly to fix it. They were rude and never stopped by. Too many problems to mention, pit bulls running around unchained, closet doors falling of the track, shower faucets broken, sliding glass door handle and locks broken, wasp's nests everywhere(my kids were stung). The list goes on and on. This was the WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!! PLEASE DONT MOVE THERE! You will regret it!

i think this person is the biggest exaderator ever their address they posted is the rental office and ive never had any problem even close to what there sayin nice place to live.

I think your the management trying to debunk my review. I know every word I said is true! Did you live in my apartment?? Then how would you know? Why did the management agree with me when I moved out??? Oh thats right you are managment.....Nice try!!! Oh BTW.. I have pictures to prove what I say if anyone is interested!!!! And how did you know the adress I listed?? It wasnt in my review! Caught you management sleeze! You should be ashamed of yourself, posing as a tenant!!
