Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
I just moved out, was there for 2 years. I never had a major complaint, it was pretty quiet, although I agree with the other person that the place could use a good cleaning and some new paint and carpet. My car was dinged a few times but nothing other than that could i really complain about.
