These apartments were nicer when we 1st moved, but they are pretty bad. The parking spaces are narrow so all the cars have dings. The heating units are TERRIBLE! The heat and A/C are window units, so they don't heat/cool well. The maintance is bad too. They say they fix something but it is not really fixed. We have had 4 different office managers in 5 months, all but the 1st one were bad. They forgot to give the maintance guys the work orders or give them the wrong apt. There are so many nicer apartments in the Newark area to live in. We are moving as soon as our lease is up!
Plus, the rent does not include heat or hot water and the heat/hot water is electric, so it is really expensive!
