Foxcroft Townhouses

I was a student at UD living at Foxcroft from July 2002-Feb 2003....Let me tell about it.
This is the truth, I'm only trying to help you find a place...
The apartments have about 6 or 7 coats of paint on them. If you bruch up against the walls, your clothes will be white. There is a smell of stale smoke in the apartment we lived in from the tenants before. It lingers. There is no window in one of the bedrooms (if you want a 2 bedroom). The heat/AC is a wall unti. OLD WALL UNIT. The cover falls off of it when you close the front door. The carpet is not carpet. It is very thin and hardly covers the ground underneath. Any problems' They will NOT get fixed. They will get covered up. The management changed 4 times when we were there, and they seriously cut corners. Our electic bill was almost 200$ from the "wall unit". The kitchen is mustard yellow, like in the 1970s and the linoleum is coming up from the floor. The bathtub is stained with dirt (I'm assuming it was dirt).
Do you enjoy loud music and hippie neighbors' Live in Foxcroft. It lies adjacent to the hippie part of campus and is slowly turning into it. My car has dents in the door from the parking spaces. Each year they get smaller. Management tried charging us over 2000$ after we moved out...saying they had no record we left. THEY LOST THE PAPERWORK. We are not paying them a penny--we are in disputes right now and are not afraid to take Foxcroft to court and rape them for all they are worth....which unfortuately is nothing.
