OK, I've read all the other reviews, and I think it is a shame that the only time you get a review is when things don't go well for you. I've lived at Foxcroft for 2 years now while attending the university. I have to admit, they aren't luxury apts, but for the students, they are great. Withing walking distance, all ammenities needed for students, including a washer/dryer IN THE UNIT. Management has recently changed, and the new manager seems to want to keep residents happy, and is willing to go above and beyond to help. I have had a few minor issues like a leaky pipe here and there, but for the price and convenience, Foxcroft is a good place to live. Also, for the art students who need that extra space, you'll have plenty here.

So did your leaky pipes backflow sewage out your bathroom sink and down into the kitchen? What about parking, was the parking lot always full after dark and parking by permit only? How about mold in unit or on walls?

That is not even real what you are saying, you must have been mad when you moved from here, because maintenance is 24/7 if there is a problem which I have never experienced such a thing. Me living in Newark and other previous college towns, from experience, I have not found a college town that had an overflow of parking available. Most of the apts in the area charge for parking. Again, you must have been mad at something or just never cleaned your apartment, I have never experienced mold.

The person who wrote this review must be part of the management. I have never met anyone who was satisfied with Foxcroft even after having lived there for two years. We have leaky ceilings to the point where water stains on the carpet are permanent. Maintenance doesn't bother fixing thinsg. And what the commenter said above: a neighbor of mine had the same problem...sewage from the pipes got all over his cabinets. These apartments are so poorly constructed.
