Pipes are old and cause backups that will overflow from upstairs bathroom down into the kitchen. This causes mold in the kitchen cabinets and walls in many of the units. Also parking by permit only or you get towed and spaces are ultra narrow. After 8 pm all spots are mostly full, on weekends even worse. Additionally repairs are done if ever done after month or more. Office staff is a bit rude and tends to try to brush you off.
A/C and heat are wall units that are very old and tend not to work well if at all. Carpets were old and dirty.

Also crime problems with vandalism and damage to cars due to small spaces and cars getting towed. Parking is a nightmare.

Location was alright but I wouldn't live here again for free, or even if you paid me. Seriously!!!

Your backups are caused by putting items in the toilet that do not belong, ex. paper towels,tampons,razors,bottle caps, example of what we find in toilets here. Parking is by permit only , as the way it is in the entire City of Newark, we are no different, so why complain and rant about it. I have been here many many years their is no crime here, this above reviewer is another example of someone who got charged for leaving their apt in poor condition. Foxcroft is almost 100% remodeled now, it is very nice and we do not have issues with parking. What a sad and nasty reviewer. 95% of the residents here leave the apt in excellent condition I am proud to say. The other five percent are on apartment ratings dot com I guess.
