I have been a U of D Staff Member.
Very convenient for UD students, faculty, and staff. Permit parking lot is limited by space. My guests were discouraged from visiting.
Watch out for Verbal Agreements by Management. I was given a portable washer and dryer 6 months into my lease. I was told that since none were available at signing, the appliances would be provided as a service with no additional charge. After I moved out, they attempted to keep my security deposit stating that I had a washer/dryer for a year and never paid the extra $25/ month to have one. I ended up by paying for just those 6 months.
Amicable, professional, understanding and reasonable staff. If updated, I would move in again.
