I moved in a few months back. The management is very good, but my problems are with the apartment itself. The insulation in the apartment is really bad resulting in high utility bills. The water heater is way too small and will not give you more than 5 minutes of running hot water. But on the plus, its cheaper than most single bedroom apartments available close to campus.

Management does not know about a problem unless you report it to them Patrick Gerard in B-6,your file does not show any complaints what so ever about your hot water. The new resident who moved in reported the problem to me, the hot water heater got replaced that day. For future reference you must report your problems to the office for them to be fixed. As a matter of fact the insulation on these townhouses is too much if anything.
