Not really that bad for the price

Overall it's not that bad in all. There are some bad things such as the maintenance crew is very small and takes forever plus they are most of the time drunk when they do show up. They allow section 8 to rent. Not enough dumpsters for the amount of people that live there. Not all units have washers and dryers and they were just remodeled. Not really for people who like peace. There are too many kids because of the section 8. Comcast is the only cable you can get. The New Castle County Police are there every other day if not ever day. The GOODS. Nice office help. Nice new appliances and remodeled bathrooms. Quiet other than the kids. Nice outside appearance. Great new renter specials but not the same to renew. Cheap pet deposit compared to others.
