Office staff horrible....and so is Pam, the leasing manager,no other way to describe her but horrible. I never had trouble with maintenance fixing anything. Any time anything happens, like the murder, the fires, no one says anything about it. Since I lived there I think I have a right to know if stuff like that is going on. One person set the building on fire twice and they did nothing about it. They still allowed him to stay there.

I agree, Pam is not very nice. And she will screen her calls and avoid you if it is something she does not want to deal with. I had to go up there and basically do a sit-in until she would see me. All I wanted to know why how I could get out of my lease because my roommate started stealing from me. And instead of being helpful, Pam avoided me at all costs.
