You'll have the same kinds of neighbors for a lot less money.
Why is it when apartment complexes open up to section 8 that noise, drugs and thugs follow' Eventhough Foxwood does background checks on tenants, they are not done on all the brothers, cousins, uncles, etc., who move in with tenant after they get out of jail.
I've witnessed (within the last 2 weeks) drugs being sold outside in broad daylight, lots of those tiny zip lock bags everywhere (police said they're for holding crack), car stereos being blasted outside while tenants "visitors" are working on their cars or dealing drugs.
Lots of inconsiderate people who have no idea what it means to be a decent suburban neighbor.
And I hope you don't need public transportation - the walk to the bus stop is up and down a long, winding dark road with no sidewalks, with woods on either side.
Trash receptacles are inadequate and trash is piled up everywhere, blowing in the wind.
