I must say that I have lived in these apartment twice, once under the former name Engish Village, and the apartment were nice and complex itself was not bad. We came back again under the name Foxwood and all seemed pretty kosher espically when I saw that they did renovations. The first year was fine, however the second year rolled around and it seemed to go downhill when it seems Section 8 was approved. There are all kinds of people in and out of the buildings, I found herion in front of apartment building, it was all baggied up and rubberbanded together,the cops asked if I suspected anyone, well its really hard to say when there are all kinds of shady characters around now. Kids could have gotten ahold of it or someones pet. The cops are in there at least 3-4 times a week. It has def went downhill and I would not reccomend it to anyone these days. It seems they are willing to let there standing go to make sure they get that Section 8 money every month and let the renters go that can actually make their payments monthly. Oh and lets not forget the break ins that dont seem to be from the outside......
